I don't know how this place has so few reviews, but it's seriously the best motorcycle dealer I've been to. I've been riding/wrenching (moderately) for some time and don't have nice things to say about the vast majority of dealers, but this place is different. The parts and service people are very friendly and knowledgeable. When there's a technical bulletin or information on BMW TIS that no other dealer can seem to find or knows about, they are able to. Jon, the shop foreman and service manager is amazing! I can't recommend this place enough. A really good representation of the BMW brand and just motorcycles in general. Whereas most dealers (incompetent) will take your money to diag, find nothing, then blow you off and pretend there is no issue, they are eager to listen and find solutions no matter how small the issue is. Will be recommending to all BMW owners in the San Diego area :)
